1. Scope
This policy applies to physical products purchased from Stunningclean, such as card decks, booklets, and reference wheels listed on our Products page. Digital content accessed free on the website is not subject to returns.
2. Return Window
You may request a return within thirty calendar days of delivery for items in resalable condition with original packaging intact.
3. Eligible Reasons
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong product shipped
- You changed your mind (buyer pays return shipping unless item was defective)
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, custom-printed team bundles, or products showing heavy use, writing, or missing components cannot be returned.
5. How to Start a Return
Email help@stunningclean.world with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid label for defective shipments.
6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten business days. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product type may be arranged when stock is available. Contact us before sending items back.
